 Milk jelly asi recipe ki jo muh me    jaker ghul jaye

Aj hum bnayenge milk jelly. Jo milk se banti he or bahot swadisht lagti he.ap ak baar bnayenge to apko bar bar bnani pdegi.milk jesi china grass powder se banti he jise hum agar agar powder bhi kahete he.ye recipe ramjaan me bahot sokh se khate he.   1. 500ml -  milk 
  2. 1/2 - cup chini( sugar)
  3. 4g - 2 ts china grass powder (agar agar powder) 


  • sabse pehle ak pen ko gas par rakhenge
  • Pen me milk dal kar garam karenge
  • China grass powder ko ak bartan me bhigo denge taki vo acche se bhig kar dabal ho jaye 
  • Or jab hum china grass powder ko milk me add krenge to powder me guthaliya (lumps) nahi padenge
  • Milk garam hote hi usme hum chini dal denge 
  • Chini add karne ke baad hum china grass powder add kar denge 
  • China grass powder add krte hi hum lgatar chammach chalate rhenge
  • Milk me lagatar chammach chalate huye hum milk ko 10 se 15 mint tak pakayenge
  • Milk humara pak chuka he ab hum gas ki falam band kar denge
  • uper niche chalate huye hum milk ko room  temperature par thanda  hone denge 
  • Thanda hone ke baad milk ko koi bhi shape vale bartan me ya fir koi bhi katori me nikal lijiye 
  • Katori me nikal lene ke baad katori ko hum freez me rakh denge 
  • Thanda hote hi milk apne ap jelly ban jayega 
  • Milk jelly ko 4 se 5 hours freez me thanda hone ke liye rak dete he
  • Tayyar he cool cool milk jelly
