  2. 2 YA 3 /BARIK KATI HUYI ONION
  3. 2 / BADE BARIK KATE HUYE TOMATO
  4. 1 / TS. JEERA
  5. 5 / KALI MIRCH SABOOT
  6. 4 / LONG
  7. 2 / TEJ PATTE 
  8. 1" / INCH DALCHINI 
  9. 1 / TS HALDI
  10. 1 / TS NAMAK
  11. 1 / TS DHANIYA POWDER
  12. 1.1/2 /  LAL MIRCH POWDER
  13. 5 / TB DAHI FETA HUVA 
  14. 1/2 / TS JEERA POWDER
  15. 1/2 / TS GARAM MASALA POWDER
  16. 3 / TB OII
  17. 2 / TB HARA DHANIYA PATTA 
  18. 2 / TB ADRAKH LAHSOON KA PEST
  19. 2 / TB HARI MIRCH KA PEST



  • sabse pehle gas par  ak kadhai rakhte he garam hone ke liye 
  • Kadhai garam hone par oil dal dete he 
  • Oil garam hote hi saboot garam masala dal dete he 
  • Garam masala ko khuch second bhunenge 
  • Uske baad batik kati huyi onion dal denge 
  • Onion ko sunhara hone tak bhunenge
  • Uske bad chicken dal denge
  • Chicken ko bhi namak or haldi dal kar acchi tarah se bhun lenge 
  • Chicken bhun jane ke baad ham hari mirch ka pest,adrakh lahesoon ka pest,barik kate huye tomato, dahi, lal mirch powder, dhaniya powder dal kar masale ko bhunenge 
  • Jab tak masale me se oil alag na ho jaye
  • Masala bhun jane ke baad 1 cup pani ,garam masala powder ,jeera powder dal kar dhak kar paka lenge 
  • Tayyar he chicken korma masala 
  • Bowl me nikal kar hara dhaniya patta dal kar serve karenge
